Tour information Not simply another Granfondo, but instead a tribute to the much-loved Marche hero Michele Scarponi, who still holds a special place in the hearts of riders and cycling fans from all over the world.
The event takes place in Filottrano, 30km from the Adriatic Coast, immersed in the province’s rolling green hills. It’s the town where Michele Scarponi was born, and the roads used are the same as those he would ride, his local training routes used to achieve his greatest achievements in races like the Tirreno Adriatico and the Giro d’Italia.
A tremendous route with a couple of unpaved gravel sections which go to make this Granfondo that little more special.
